Designed to answer detailed questions about the capability of the only Business Telephone System, designed and manufactured in Britain, by a British Company.

The encyclopedia search engine allows you to search the comprehensive 48 page Product Brochure, the detailed Product Description, the PCS 400 Business Telephone User Guide and Standard Telephone Analogue User Guide as well as the technical data sheets covering each component of the system.

All documents are also available for download and printing via the PDF section.

Within the Encyclopedia you can choose to search each document separately or select 'all' for a comprehensive search result. You can navigate (jump) through the search results using the navigation bar on the left hand control panel. Having found an area of interest it is possible to read the document from this point by using the page navigation bar on the left hand control panel.

Search options allow you to select 'Headings only' or 'Headings and Text'.

You can choose to 'view a document' individually, which will link you to the documents Index which in turn will allow you to read or jump to particular sections of interest and from there read page after page by using the navigation control.
