RECOGNITION FOR THE STARS OF THE SPLICECOM CHANNEL
SpliceCom held their annual Partner Event on 6th October 2004 at Brocket Hall, providing a mixture of serious business and serious fun for over 100 of their channel personnel.
As part of the day they also recognised five key channel partners with awards for Fastest Growing Reseller, maximiser Multi-site Solution, maximiser Application Development, maximiser Technical Support and Top Performing Reseller. The winners of these accolades were all present to collect their awards from CEO and Managing Director, Sean Harding.
Top Performing Reseller 2004 - Information Technology Communications
Presented to Information Technology Communications who have demonstrated the strongest possible alignment with SpliceCom by dropping all other products and by their dedicated promotion of SpliceCom and the maximiser brand. They have an excellent and structured approach to sales and pre-sales and an experienced engineering team who are capable of dealing with anything from simple requirement for 'dial tone' to complex vXML scripts. MD Brian Tolley collected the award.
Fastest Growing maximiser Reseller 2004 - TMG Telecommunications
Presented to TMG Telecommunications who have a full in-house system across multiple sites as well as maximiser focused in-house telesales and pre-sales support. They are also extremely skilled in maximiser implementation. MD Jeff Williams collected the award.
maximiser Multi-site Solution 2004 - Enabling Business
Presented to Enabling Business who implemented a five site network handing 26,000 calls per week into a global-brand company based in Park Lane. This was a fully converged voice and data solution interoperating over a Cisco LAN/WAN. MD Steve Mills collected the award.
maximiser Application Development 2004 - Comec Voice and Data
Presented to Comec Voice and Data who implemented a unique vertical market solution with bespoke applications development, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the customer's business issues and the way in which maximiser could address these. MD Martin Rowley collected the award.
maximiser Technical Support 2004 - Datatel Communications
Presented to Datatel Communications who were the 3rd maximiser Beta site and have worked closely with SpliceCom during a challenging 18 months of product development. They also implemented the first full call-centre deployment of maximiser for FatFace, working as a seamless team with SpliceCom support to deal with any technical issues which they faced. MD Peter Worthy collected the award.
